How does the 30-day free trial work?
Sign up and get full access to all features for 30 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan that suits your practice or simply cancel. No charges until you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is my client data secure, and where is it stored?
Yes. The app runs on servers in London, and client records, notes and files are stored in the EU and encrypted at rest. We're registered with the ICO. Some services we use, including email and SMS reminders and the optional AI features, process data in other countries. Each is covered by a data processing agreement and UK GDPR transfer safeguards. Our sub-processors page lists every provider and where it processes data.
Can I migrate from another system?
